This is a very simple recipe, but I consider it comfort food.
- Mashed Cauliflower – add butter
- Ground Beef mixed with Sugar Free BBQ Sauce
- Cheese
Just layer it in a bowl. Microwave it so the cheese melts on top. Optionally add keto coleslaw.
